If you have extended healthcare insurance, it may cover some or all your treatment costs.
On your behalf, our insurance coordinators can work with your provider (if they allow third-party assistance) to determine if your plan covers the costs of sleep apnea therapy equipment. We then share this information with you and work to ensure you can access all sleep apnea coverage available to you.
When replacement equipment and accessories are covered, we track the level of coverage and timeframes for both equipment and accessory replacements to minimize your out-of-pocket costs.
For your claim, we send your provider the documentation they need. Under some plans, Careica Health direct bills insurance companies for their portion of the costs.
Partners sleep just as poorly or worse than sleep apnea sufferers, causing similar tiredness, energy and concentration symptoms. It can also create unnecessary strain on the relationship when the sufferer does not seek treatment.
